Every time you look, along comes another study promoting the value of good cup of tea (or five) every day. This morning is no exception, a certain Jack Bukowski is encouraging us all to drink more black tea. His brother Chuck must be turning in grave.
It’s a fairly small study so I don’t think he’s proven anything yet. But as a five mugs a day man myself, I’ll go along with it.
