1 large white potato
1 garlic pitta
wild rocket
olive oil
rosemary
blast the potato in the microwave for 2.5 minutes, then slice into 1cm thick discs, sprinkle with olive oil and rosemary, roast in a hot oven (220 deg c) turning occasionally and removing when deep dark brown. Warm the pitta in the oven and split with a knife. Lightly season potatoes with salt and pepper before putting in the pitta. Finally, wipe the roasting tray with a handful of wild rocket and add this to your sandwich.
Voila, chip butty à la mode.
