tubes and tendons

exams are over so i can indulge in a little light reading.. so currently racing through some of Richard Morgan’s techno-gore sci-fi… reading Broken Angels, sequel to the ultra-violent Altered Carbon

although i have to say it is anything but a little light reading.. nearly at the end and i almost fainted on the tube this morning as one character started pulling tendons from his shattered arm, whilst another was being ritualistically executed by nanotech vivisection..

I had stop reading and even then i was sweating profusely, my peripheral vision blackened out, andrenalin had my heart racing and the last few hundred yards into Canary Wharf took forever.

i guess that is one measure of a good writer.

About caspar
