A compromise between these might be a logarithmically weighted voting structure so that n BLT = log (10n) votes.
I mentioned on the Telegram list that maybe alternative voting structures should be considered? 1 BLT = 1 vote gives a kind of equality but it resembles a corporation rather than a “community”. The other extreme would be one verified member, one vote.

100 BLT = 3 votes, etc
Just an idea! But I would be very interested in seeing it put to a vote ;)
